"Webstore for Education enables everyone involved within or supporting schools to store and/or share computer files of all sorts (including multimedia web pages) that they have created in a really flexible and easy to manage way."

Webstore for Education is the result of 3 years of collaboration between Schools Learning Together in York, ICT@Huntington and the Pearson Publishing Group. Now, with the latest version updated in September 2001, we are able to develop even better and more effective ways of collaborating within schools, between schools, homes and LEA, and even further afield.

Webstore for Education goes beyond static websites and template technology that have been available until now. People can use their favourite applications to create any web pages or files they like, and Webstore for Education enables them and their school or organisation to manage this information easily and flexibly wherever they are.
