Overview of Folder Options (Including Edit Menus for Organisation root folder and other folders)

(relevant to Writers, Publishers, Caretakers, Administrators)

The main browse view of an organisation on Webstore is also called its root folder view. For anonymous browsers the only Folder Option in the right-hand frame is 'View Home Page' if one has been assigned:-

If more folders have been created anonymous browsers get a single Folder Option to 'Search Folder'.

Remember anonymous browsers also get some options on page groups. See Overview of Page Group Options

Logged on Users

Logged on users get a much wider range of Folder Options. An administrator who has a choice of all the options sees the following menu for his/her organisation's home folder:-
