This section shows you how to upload a Web Page without Subfolder. The procedure is exactly the same for both novice and advanced users. The novice pages just have instructions included, so pictures from the advanced pages are used below to save space, with the instructions from the novice page in red.
There are two stages:
Make sure you have read Add Page Group Overview.
You should be able to see the Web publishing wizard icon on your browser looking like the image below. If not, go to Downloading and Installing the Web Publishing Wizard.

You should see a window open like the one below.

You may need to click on the arrow pointing down to show all the directories on your computer, as in the next diagram:

This ensures that all your images show as well as the web page. (Read Add Page Group overview to understand why this is important.)

Alternatively, starting in the empty part of the window you can drag across the filenames with the mouse to highlight them all. This is recommended when there are lots of files.

Ensure an image is not highlighted here or the page will not function correctly. It must be a web page (i.e. htm or html page).

If you get a message saying that there is already a page group with that name you can choose to replace it or rename the current page group. See Add Page Group/Do you want to replace Page Group? for more details.
It is strongly recommended that you click on at least one key word. Otherwise all other vital parts of this page are completed automatically, with a month on the Time-to-live, so if you wish you can click straight on the OK at the bottom.

Change the Page Title as it will appear on Webstore.
Substitute your full name for the Author box.
Add a page description which can include other important search words in addition to the keywords. The search function will match whole, separate words regardless of case.
You can choose any number of keywords by holding down the CTRL key and clicking the keywords you want. If you release the CTRL and click again it will cancel your choices. Keywords are a better choice than words in the page description as other people will be able to view the list of keywords.
The Time-to-Live is a key function of Webstore, and gives automatic quality assurance. You choose how long you want your page group to last, either using a set length of time using the single drop down menu or by creating an actual date. An e-mail will be sent to you two weeks before the expiry date.
If you are happy for the page to decay, you need do nothing. It will be moved automatically to an archive folder. However, unless you are an administrator you do not have access to this folder. To update the page group you then need to log on to Webstore and change the time-to-live on the page group properties. See Page Group Properties
Webstore's unique design means that you can have hyperlinks between web pages within a page group. You can also have hyperlinks going to page groups from the internet and from page groups to other places on the internet. However, you cannot have links between one page group going to another. This has been designed on purpose because it means that the time-to-live can decay pages automatically without worrying about broken links. The benefit of automation is greater than the loss of inter page group links.
The Web Name is the name that appears in the web address of the completed page group, and comes from the Page Group URL Name from the upload page.
This is how the page group appears on Webstore:-

Notice the coloured highlight that shows which page group the options menu on the right-hand side is referring to. Click on 'View Page' to check the upload has worked properly. Note that the circle on the icon is red. All content is unpublished when it is first uploaded. Only the publisher for that folder sees the option to 'Publish Page' in the menu, and can click on this to make the page group viewable by anyone on the Internet - an anonymous browser.
