Add Page Group/Do you want to replace Page
Group?
(relevant to Writers, Caretakers, Administrators)
This section shows the option box that appears if you try to upload a page
group with the same name as one that already exists in that folder.
This message appears between clicking OK on the page upload page, before
going to the page group information page.
The problem is caused by there already being a page group with exactly the
same name already in that folder. Therefore you have two choices:
- Click the Replace box to replace the already existing page group with the
one you are uploading. Warning - you will lose the original file. You then go
to the page group information page.
- Change the name in the Page Group name box. As soon as a change is made,
the red cross changes to a green tick, and when clicked you go to the page
group information page.
