The Page Group Wizard allows you to create a web page containing up to eight pictures and paragraphs of text online.
Ensure that any digital photos that you want to use have been resized and compressed as jpg files. For a simple to use program and instructions see the help link 'Best Practice in York' and read the index page. Pictures of the order of 320x240 pixels are recommended.
Click on the Page Group Wizard option for any folder when you are logged on and this page will appear:
Click on the top browse button and search through your folders to your chosen digital photo(s). If you are using a floppy disc, you will need to click on the 'down' arrow as shown.
Click on the chosen photo and click open:

To find out about logos see the help page 'Set logo for your Organisation's Wizard pages'.
You can choose a logo if one has not been set for your organisation, although you do not have to.
Page 2 of the wizard needs the following information:
Page 3 allows you to choose formatting, although this is optional:
Make changes if you wish to the 'Page group information page' then click on OK.
