This tells you how much space your organisation is currently using in its Webstore tree.
In addition you can view and alter the overall quota of space that you are allowed within the tree. Please note that you will be charged if you use extra space above the amount included with your subscription to Webstore.
An important factor in keeping control of your organisation's Webstore usage is to cap the maximum size of a page group. This prevents less aware users from uploading a, say, web page which includes images scanned as large TIF files and using up a large proportion of your quota unnecessarily.
Please note that the limit is entered in kilobytes.
The limit also applies to the Page Group Wizard and will halt the wizard if the images pass the limit, ie before preventing the user entering and losing volumes of text.
Private folders each have a 5MB quota.
If you try to upload or save a file to your private folder and get this error message:
Then you have reached your quota.
Either delete some content or contact your organisation's administrator. If you are your organisation's administrator, contact the help line from the 'contact us' help page.
