The url can either be entered by typing the address in directly or by copying and pasting from the address bar of a browser viewing the site.
Remember that if you are linking to another Webstore folder you can use the "View Folder url" option on the right hand side of the screen when you are browsing the target folder to obtain the correct address.
The link will always open in a new browser window.
